Hi, I'm Nelsa, a psychosocial recovery coach who loves helping people reset their lives using the wisdom of Tarot and delightful healing power of Crystals.

Trauma, pain and sorrow was the current flowing through my life for many years leading to a complete breakdown and 3 long years of PTSD...    I was not prepared to accept that as the end of the story. This fascinating journey led me to seek out alternate healing, for my mind and emotions as well as body.

My work through Child Protection and Adult Mental Health led to me writing a program for Reconceptualising Trauma  through Creativity and utilising the talents and abilities inside a person to bring about a new story, one we want to show up in.

Divorced after being married for 32 years and 5 adult children,now grandchildren has given me a lot of experience in how resetting our lives early can be beneficial for all family members, resulting in outcomes that minimise hurt and long lasting suffering, while maximising the strengths and joy of each individual member for a fulfilling future.
